The work, duties and powers of the Committee shall be as follows:- (a) Making necessary suggestions to the Government of Nepal to determine the policy to manage, regularize, develop and control the insurance business, (b) Amount received from insurance (c) Registration and renewal of insurers, insurance agents, surveyors or brokers and cancellation of registrations, (d) Arbitrating disputes between insurers and insureds, (d) Determination of insurance liability To make a decision on the complaint filed by the insured against the insurer. (D2) To give the necessary instructions to the insurer from time to time regarding the insurance business.
